You'll notice a little blip on the 19th which rolled onto the 20th where the stats were not working properly. We know the site was working as we got more orders over those days than unique visitors!
The important column is the yellow column - this is how many unique visitors this very site you are looking at is getting on a daily basis - roughly speaking 2000 unique visitors / day. You can see a pattern on the 5th / 6th, 12th / 13th, (19th / 20th disregard), and finally 26th / 27th where the traffic reduced - this is the weekend where for our particular site the traffic reduces and always has and probably always will. Depending on your products / services your site may show a different trend. We are merely pointing this out to show that we haven't just made these figures up.

Let's analyse that figure a bit further - suppose you have a website - ask yourself this question - how much would it cost you to purchase 2000 unique visitors a day using PPC?
Let's say 10 cents per click (that's cheap by the way) - so that's 2000 x 10c = 20000c = 200 dollars / day.
Yearly that's $73000!
Holy c**p! Google are earning a lot of money!
That's more than the average wage - A lot of people would love to earn half of that money.
We personally don't really like paying that much for hits and keep on paying for it!

This is a typical example that you've probably been suckered into already - to be listed at the top of the search engines for your business name followed by what you do - most of the time this is going to be a unique term, which as we've already said is only used by you, the designer and their mother!
