Terms and Conditions

(Your statutory customer rights are not affected.)

Definitions

Seller means Interstellar Solutions.

Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed.

International Customer shall mean, Customer from outside the United Kingdom.

1. GENERAL

These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as 'Interstellar Solutions', to the buyer hereafter referred as the 'Customer'.

2. PRICE

All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

3. PAYMENT

Payments must be made in British Sterling only, unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods (except International Customers).

4. PASSING OF PROPERTY

Interstellar Solutions shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received.

5. PASSING OF RISK

The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 9 below.

6. DELIVERY

We use the Royal Mail first-class delivery service. Delivery in the UK typically takes 2-5 working days.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of being placed. If we are unable to fulfill this, then we will contact you as soon as possible.

The Royal Mail delivery service that we use classifies UK destination parcels which take over 5 working days from the day of dispatch for delivery as "Delayed". At this time, please continue to wait for your order and it is likely that it will arrive shortly. After 15 working days from the day a UK destination parcel is dispatched, an order is considered by the Royal Mail as "Lost". In the unlikely event this occurs, please inform us and we will look into the matter.

Please allow 1 extra day for orders placed after 4pm Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or UK Bank Holidays, please also allow 1 extra day.

7. TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If you order multiple items and some items are temporarily out of stock (may be due to unprecedented demand) then we will send you the items that are currently in stock and refund you the amount for the items not currently in stock.

8. SHIPPING

Charges are calculated at the time you place your order and will be clearly stated in your shopping basket. The charge depends on the value of goods ordered.

For goods up to a value of £19.99, you will be charged £3.26.
Between £20 and £39.99, you will be charged £4.55.
Between £40 and £79.99, you will be charged £5.99.
Orders over £80 will be charged £8.99.

9. PASSING OF RISK

In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Interstellar Solutions bears no risk once it has left our trading premises. Where goods have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 14 days of order to Interstellar Solutions trading address.

Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.

In the event of either of the above, Interstellar Solutions will forward a claim to Royal Mail on the behalf of the customer.

This is not a guarantee and Interstellar Solutions has the right to refuse any application. Any refund/exchange given is at the discretion of the management of Interstellar Solutions. Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a prosecution from Royal Mail.

10. ACCEPTANCE

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 14 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected. (This does not however affect the customer’s statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Interstellar Solutions shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date.

11. RETURN PROCEDURE

You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 working days. We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods.

Returns for any other reason are at our discretion and will be considered only on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging.

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition. We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery.

12. CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. This cancellation period commences the day after the day you receive the goods.

To cancel an order, please contact us stating that you wish to exercise your right to cancellation, include your full name, address, and order number. Your item must be re-packaged securely and sent so that it reaches us within seven working days of the date that your order was delivered to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered items to you in error or the item is faulty. If you do not return the item within seven working days, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

If you cancel your order after the delivery process has started you will be liable for any services included in the order such as postage & packing and/or gift wrapping. Upon receipt of notice of cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the products in your order within 30 days.

13. LICENCE AGREEMENT

The Customer shall respect all licence agreements delivered by the copyright owners. Interstellar Solutions cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the Customer or any third party. All trademarks shown on www.interstellar-solutions.co.uk belong to their registered owners and must not be copied without prior permission.

14. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER

Customers from outside the UK can only pay by International credit card or bank transfer and must pay in Pound Sterling unless otherwise specified. All other terms and conditions apply.

15. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

When ordering goods for delivery overseas, your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please note that you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

International deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

16.PERSONAL INFORMATION

No information about yourself is passed or sold onto any third parties. We may use your e-mail to notify you of a product that we sell.

17. LAW

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.
